"Front of House" Segment Host & Hospitality Expert

Robert Rodriguez

With over 20 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, Robert Rodriguez is known for his excellence in leadership and vast knowledge in food and beverage. Raised in Fort Worth, TX, as a young man he attended Stephen F. Austin State University to complete a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a Minor in Hospitality Administration. He continued his education at the famed Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. Upon earning an associate degree in culinary arts, he made his way to New York City. After 14 years of leading outstanding service in select New York hotels, Robert made his way to Fredricksburg, TX to be near his family. He soon was offered a position as the “Restaurant Management Instructor” at the CIA San Antonio teaching all aspects of the front of house operations. For some culinary students it’s the only time during their education they feel the pressure from paying guests with tremendous expectations. He is currently the General Manager of Cured restaurant in San Antonio Texas where he shares his wealth of knowledge to both the front of house and the back of house family.
